Being a NICE person in business is EQUAL
to creating your own GRAVE. NO EXCEPTIONS
to this FACT.

Now…

I am NOT trying to be mean in here.
Instead, I am trying to tell you that
IF you are trying to be a good (good)
guy in business, you are JEOPARDIZING
your chances for survival.

Think about it, ok?

Look into GM.
Look into Merril Lynch.
Look into Bear Stearns.

They were being nice. GM was looking at
Toyota or Hyundai. They said things like…
“Oh, we want the foreign companies to survive
in the U.S, too”

What is the RESULT?

They went UNDER. They went Bankrupt. Who
owns them now? The U.S. Government.
“What Made GM Went Down?”
Being too nice. Being a good (good) guy
in business. Ford Motors was like that too.
FORD was extremely nice. In fact, we all
KNEW that the company was FOUNDED by the
KING of CARS… “Henry Ford”.

Why is it they owe so much money?
Why is it they were NOT able to compete?
Why is it they were NEAR bankrupt?

Again… “Being a nice (nice) guy”.

Price War

Many small business owners are NOT able to keep
up with the price wars that all the top gun guru
recently play with. When you release a product
at the price of $97, the elite marketer will
drop it down to $7.95.

When you release a coaching at $4,997, the elite
marketers will slash the price to $2,997 with
much better features.
This causes a lot of trauma
and drama among small business owners.

They have 24/7 support line.
They have a faster service.
They have better features.
They have a discounted price compared to yours.

What makes it even worse is…

Regardless the amount of time you into
competing with them, you barely stay above the
water. This is WHY many marketers seem NEVER
get ahead. They fight, they lose hope, and
they quit all together.

Why is this happening?
What should you do to prevent this situation?

(1) You have to ACT FAST.
Run if you have to. Fight if you have to.
Do NOT slow down. Do NOT lose your hope.
Do NOT give in to JUST enough.

Mistakes Newbies Make All The Time

In this post, I am going to be brutally
honest with you. Some readers may feel
that I am being aggressive. Some readers
may feel that I am too honest, but IF
you want to learn from me, this is who I
am and what I do.

(1) You got to have a list.

  I don’t wantto debate with you NOR
  will I mention it a second time.
  If you don’t have a list, you don’t
  have ANY power whatsoever to stand
  on your own two feet in any business
  you pursue.

  So, either you have your own audience
  that you can email to or be prepared
  to close down your business. PERIOD.

(2) You got to have a vision.

  I am NOT talking about making an INSTANT
   $20,000 or $50,000 per month. Instead, I
  am referring the QUALITY you can provide
   to your potential customers, partners, as
  well as community.

Quality Vs. Quantity

One day, around 12:15 PM, I went to a buffett
restaurant in my town, as it advertised 38 dishes
for ONLY $5.99. I was so thrilled with the offer
that I decided to RELEASE my hunger.

When I went inside the restaurant, I was in
SHOCK. There were only a couple of people
there beside me. I asked myself “How could
it be?” It wasn’t making any sense.

So, I decided to investigate further. When
the waiter arrived on my table. He didn’t
ask me if I would like to have “Water or
Tea”, he just told me to go to get the
foods now.

I was like… “OK”.

When I looked at the food, many of them
were empty or burnt.
I asked the waiter that
IF he could add some food. He didn’t say
a word and went inside the kitchen.

After he got in the kitchen, I was no longer
had the appetite because the food that I
ate were too dry. Some of them were too
salty. Not only I was disappointed, but I
also told the waiter that I needed my check.

Suddenly, the waiter became RUDE.

You told me that you wanted extra foods.
Now, you are leaving. He said that somewhat
loud that made me somewhat embarassed. Since
I knew that it would be a waste of my time
to FIGHT with him, I decided to let it go.

Three Email Marketing Mistakes

Recently, when I coached my 30-day bootcamp
students, I discovered that some students made
deadly mistakes in email marketing. These
mistakes are so HUGE that when you make them,
there is no way you are able to MONETIZE from
your marketing at all.

You see…

Even though people talk about how you are able
to make money online by sending out emails.
The truth is it is ONLY half true. Email
marketing is NOT just about sending emails,
instead it is HOW you present people with
your offer the RIGHT way.

The questions I want to ASK you is…

“What is the difference betwween
  making $2,500 per email Versus
  $100 per email?”

It ALL depends on the way you write you
email. In fact, one of my clients has about
100,000 subscribers, but he couldn’t even
pull $1,000 in sales.

However, after some changes I made on his
website, he was able to bring in an EXTRA
$2,000 - $3,000 per email.
